PRIMIS provides an award-winning service to their network of over 2,500 professional mortgage and protection advisers throughout the UK.
With a vision to improve and streamline their marketing processes, PRIMIS decided to approach Jask. In need of a more efficient way for advisers to access resources and place orders, it was decided a marketing portal would be the most beneficial solution.
Working towards tight deadlines, a site-map for a Marketing Portal was initially created, designed to allow financial advisers to access various marketing resources all in one place. This included client-facing documents, digital and printed marketing assets, and further materials.
Alongside accessing and downloading marketing materials, a bespoke eCommerce ordering system was also needed. Jask needed to offer a simple print ordering system which is easy-to-use for each individual financial adviser.
The result was a central portal which provided resources and an eCommerce ordering system all in one place.
The Portal allows for greater ease and efficiency, with all users being able to access documents for their own individual marketing purposes. Further to placing bespoke orders, users have access to a designated helpline to gain additional help if required.
Finally, with a logistical print system that is monitored and maintained by Jask, members of the PRIMIS network are able to instantaneously order materials with minimal delivery time, without the risk of overprinting and wastage.
