The Challenge

Crimson engaged us to revitalise their brand identity and overhaul their website to more accurately reflect the company, and better serve their audience.

Given the company’s dual focus — Microsoft Business Consultancy and IT Recruitment — it was crucial for the new brand and website to resonate with both segments of their audience.

The Process

Beginning with a comprehensive consultation phase with the Crimson team, we delved deep into the organisation to gather valuable insights that would inform the development of both the brand and its sub-brands, as well as critical functionalities of the website.

Leveraging these insights, our creative team embarked on a journey to experiment with colours, fonts, imagery, and distinctive brand elements that would collectively forge the new visual identity, ensuring it resonated across the various services offered and markets served.

Designing intuitive navigation paths on the website for different user groups, our developers infused the website with this fresh creative vision, incorporating bespoke features to significantly enhance the user experience.

To bolster lead generation efforts, our team implemented integrations with both HubSpot CRM and Broadbean for job listings.

Applied across an extensive range of materials and written into a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, the new brand carries the flexibility to differentiate between various services and markets, while maintaining the consistency essential for brand recognition.

The new website enables users to effortlessly find crucial information. Integration with HubSpot CRM enhances Crimson’s lead generation capabilities, while a connection with Broadbean pulls through active job listings, reducing administrative time.

Our developers skilfully customised the WordPress CMS, making ongoing website updates intuitive and incredibly user-friendly. Coded to look the same as the front end, all changes to copy and imagery can be previewed natively, without having to update and refresh the page or open a preview in a new tab.

All custom block elements of the site have been built to offer easy drag and drop functionality, allowing Crimson to build new pages with ease. With a bespoke hover functionality, site administrators can easily see and access the block settings available and preview how they look, before adding to the page.
