The Challenge
Over the years, the SEIB brand had evolved organically, but it lacked the consistency needed to align with its diverse applications. The challenge was to refresh the brand, ensuring it conveyed a cohesive identity while offering greater creative flexibility. Additionally, the brand needed to be versatile enough to clearly differentiate between its various markets.
The Process
The project began with an in-depth consultation phase, working closely with SEIB’s internal marketing team to identify the shortcomings and constraints of the existing brand.
Next, we moved into an immersion phase, conducting thorough research and analysis of competitors and key market trends. This comprehensive exploration provided valuable insights that laid the foundation for the creative process.
Armed with this understanding, we developed several potential creative directions for the new brand. After collaborating with the marketing team and incorporating their feedback, we refined these concepts into a finalised creative approach.

The Results
The refreshed SEIB brand exudes warmth and approachability, perfectly reflecting the business’s friendly nature while standing out in a competitive market.
A new central brand device, inspired by the diamond shape in the logo, serves as a distinctive and versatile element that ensures instant recognition. Paired with an expanded colour palette, this gives SEIB a greater range of creative freedom.
To balance professionalism with personality, we combined a sophisticated typeface with playful design elements, achieving a softer and more human tone for the brand.
Written into a comprehensive set of brand guidelines detailing colours, typography, brand devices, imagery style and messaging, the brand is kept consistent across both internal and external communications.
The updated brand style has been successfully rolled out across multiple assets, including press and digital advertising, social media, presentations, and a full suite of branded templates in Canva. Currently, we’re in the process of developing a new website to showcase the refreshed brand and carry its updated style further into the digital space.
