We partnered with Oasys LS-DYNA Environment, part of Arup’s leading commercial software business to deliver a complete rebrand.
The goal was to create a bold, refreshed brand identity that better captured the essence of the business, alongside a new website designed to drive deeper engagement and improve user experience.
The Solution
We kicked off with an in-depth research phase, exploring multiple brand frameworks and presenting their strengths and limitations to key stakeholders.
Once the preferred direction was chosen, we developed a new strapline, manifesto and brand identity – one that reflects the software’s innovative spirit.
Through close collaboration, we explored a range of creative directions before landing on an identity that visually captures the expressive, forward-thinking nature of the suite of software.
While our Creatives brought the new brand to life visually, our Developers translated our research insights into clear user journeys and intuitive page structures across a new website – all aimed at improving engagement and reducing friction.
Once the visual identity was finalised, we extended it across a newly designed multilingual website, combining custom CGI with modern development techniques to create an immersive digital experience.

The Results
The new brand identity gives Oasys LS-DYNA Environment a distinct, high-tech aesthetic that positions it as a leader in engineering software innovation.
Dynamic CGI and motion design inject energy and enhance comprehension of complex technical content. While a consistent use of hexagonal forms – inspired by the honeycomb cellular structure often used in crash barriers – reinforces visual familiarity within the impact analysis field.
The redesigned website, fully translated into two key market languages, improves accessibility and drives deeper user engagement. A powerful search function allows users to filter results by content type – including tutorials, webinars and downloads – making critical information easier to find.
In addition to hosting large software downloads, the site also supports community contributions: users can upload and download scripts to complement the software.
Built on a fully customised WordPress CMS, the website is easy to maintain. Editors can use flexible, pre-styled content blocks that can be dragged and dropped to create unique page layouts quickly.
